Deskee is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes that may be charged by your country when your order arrives. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking shows your order was delivered but you have not received it:

  1. Check with neighbors or your building's front desk.
  2. Contact your local carrier with your tracking number.
  3. Contact us if the issue is not resolved within 5 business days.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Deskee is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Please double-check your shipping information at checkout.
