Track Order

We know you're excited to get your Deskee order! Here's how to check its status.

How to Track

  1. Check your inbox (and spam folder) for the shipping confirmation email we sent once your order left our warehouse. It includes your tracking number and a tracking link.
  2. Click the tracking link, or copy your tracking number into the carrier's website directly.
  3. If you created an account at checkout, you can also log in and view your order status under [Log in → Order History].

Order Timeline

Stage What it means
Order Confirmed We've received your order and payment.
Processing We're preparing your order for shipment (1–3 business days).
Shipped Your order is on its way — tracking is now active.
Out for Delivery Your order will arrive soon.
Delivered Your order has arrived!

Tracking Not Updating?

It can take 24–48 hours after you receive your shipping confirmation for tracking information to show movement. This is normal — no need to worry yet.
