Track Order
We know you're excited to get your Deskee order! Here's how to check its status.
How to Track
- Check your inbox (and spam folder) for the shipping confirmation email we sent once your order left our warehouse. It includes your tracking number and a tracking link.
- Click the tracking link, or copy your tracking number into the carrier's website directly.
- If you created an account at checkout, you can also log in and view your order status under [Log in → Order History].
Order Timeline
| Stage | What it means |
|---|---|
| Order Confirmed | We've received your order and payment. |
| Processing | We're preparing your order for shipment (1–3 business days). |
| Shipped | Your order is on its way — tracking is now active. |
| Out for Delivery | Your order will arrive soon. |
| Delivered | Your order has arrived! |
Tracking Not Updating?
It can take 24–48 hours after you receive your shipping confirmation for tracking information to show movement. This is normal — no need to worry yet.
